Sidney H. Cohen, CPA
Founder
One of the founding members of our firm, Sid has been a certified public accountant since 1964. A graduate of Northwestern University in 1963, he began his career with Arthur Andersen, L.L.P. where he spent 18 years, including over 8 years as a partner. His experience includes many professional firms and publicly traded companies with extensive consulting of management information systems and the procedures for using such information in the decision making process. Sid has also led the firm's practice in litigation support and has private sector experience as a Chief Financial Officer. Sid is a member in the AICPA, TSCPA, and the Rotary Club, on the board of IEA, Gift of Life, and Salvation Army.
Shareholder
Jana has been with the firm since 2000. She is a graduate of Lamar University where she received a Bachelor in Business Administration. She is a member of the AICPA, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, LIT Business Advisory Committee, and current Treasurer of the Spindletop Youth Soccer Association.

Michael has been with the firm since 2003. He is a graduate of Lamar University where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration. He is a member of the AICPA and TSCPA.
